In announcing its role, Walkers noted that Pasaca is partly owned by Pasaca Group, a private equity investor specializing in life sciences.
Walkers added that Pasaca was to serve as a primary insurer for Pasaca Group, including the group’s global product liability and professional liability exposures.
Peter Dunlop, partner and co-lead of Walkers’ Re/Insurance & ILS practice, led the work with senior counsel Melanie Fullerton of its Regulatory & Risk Advisory group.
